7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

7.1 What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function properly, remember your preferences, and provide analytics data.

7.2 Cookies We Use

Our website currently uses the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the website to function (e.g., form security). These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies: Used to understand how visitors interact with our site (e.g., pages visited, session duration). These are anonymised and do not identify you personally. We use Google Analytics for this purpose, if enabled.
  • Preference cookies: Remember your settings or preferences for a better experience.

7.3 Managing Cookies

You can control and/or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our website. For more information on managing cookies, visit www.aboutcookies.org.

7.4 Google Fonts

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which may involve the transmission of your IP address. We do not control how Google processes this data. For Google's privacy practices, see Google's Privacy Policy.

  • Secure cloud storage for project files (with two-factor authentication where available)
  • Secure deletion of client project files after the retention period

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a data breach that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and, if required, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law:
